About School Counseling....

School Counselors have a Master's Degree and are trained to help all students apply academic achievement strategies, manage emotions, apply interpersonal skills, and plan for post-secondary options (higher education, military, work force). School Counselors are not mental health providers but are developmental professionals.

School counselors see students individually, in small group and in classroom settings for lessons.

If you are interested in joining a small group click on the small groups tab on Ms. Mills' webpage to learn more.

How do I request to see a counselor?

Students may request to see a counselor by emailing Ms. Mills (please do not include personal information besides your name in the email) or by asking their teacher to call or email their counselor. Parents, Teachers, and Administrators can also refer a student. [email protected]
