iReady: In ELA, we use iReady every Monday in class. iReady is an important tool because it not only allows me to see where your student’s strengths and weaknesses are, but it also help work on building your student's weak areas. I encourage students to use this program as a tool to help make them better at reading comprehension. iReady can be worked on at home. Students do have grades for iReady. For more information about iReady grading, please see the google classroom.
Google Classroom: Google classroom is only available to access through a Davidson County student email address. Your student should have their email address and password in the front cover of their agenda. To access our Google Classroom, type in google classroom in the search bar and click the google classroom link. Then either find the class on the student dashboard (which is the screen you should see after logging in with the student email address) or by adding our class. To add the class, please send me an email and I will send you your student's class code! I post everything from SS and ELA class in google classroom so that students have digital access to everything we do in class!
