All About Me

I am Sondra Gorden and I live in Welcome North Carolina. I am a graduate of the University of Great Falls in Montana with a degree in Education with a certification as a Reading Specialist to teach reading from K-12^th grade.

I have taught 1^st, 4^th, 5^th, 6^th, 7^th, and 8^th grade, and Title I Reading K-6. I have also been involved with People to People, World Strides, and Ambassador Leaders for the past 18 years and loved every minute of it! I enjoy these programs because I get to work with students and educators from all over the world.

I have two adult children and have been happily married for 30 years. I have lived all over the world in places like Guam, Germany, Okinawa, England, and numerous states. I am also an avid traveler and have traveled to places like Greece, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Scotland, Switzerland, Sicily, Hawaii, Jamaica, Cozumel and many more.
